What is the APA for a Rijeka charter?
The Advance Provisioning Allowance is typically set at 25–35% of the base charter fee and covers fuel, food, beverages, berthing fees, and any additional onboard expenses throughout the voyage. Your captain manages the APA fund and provides a detailed accounting at the end; any unused balance is refunded to you in full.
